Information Session
6:30-7:30pm, Monday, April 4th, 2022
Come learn about our Case Competition, gain insight to this year's prompt, and meet our client, Ørsted. Sign up to attend here. The information session will be in Saieh Hall Room 021.
Competition Commencement
Monday, April 11th, 2022
Participants will receive an email including all competition logistics, files, and team members.
Mentor Office Hours
Monday-Friday, April 18th-22nd, 2022
Each team will meet with an assigned graduate student mentor during this week. The mentors will help with larger logistical questions.
Client Office Hours
Tuesday, April 19th, 2022
Our client, Ørsted, will host office hours to answer questions about their prompt.
Submission Deadline
Wednesday, April 27th, 2022
All teams must submit their presentations by this deadline.
Judging of Presentations
Thursday and Friday, April 28th and 29th, 2022
The Quantitative Division will present on the first day of judging, and the Qualitative Division will present on the second day. Judges will include representatives from our client Ørsted, alumni from McKinsey & Co and Bain & Co, and other sustainability professionals from Argonne National Laboratory and Peloton. Presentations will take place in Saieh Hall.
Concluding Symposium
9-11am, Saturday, April 30th, 2022
The final Symposium will be held at Friedman Hall in the Rubenstein Forum at the University of Chicago. Keynote speakers will present, and our client Ørsted will announce the winners. We will present the winning team's findings to the larger audience, and a reception with food and drink for all participants and partners will follow.
